Project: Alumni web pages redesign and Monthly Email Newsletter

Objective: Partner with Office of Alumni Relations to best reinterpret and design pages for college alumni within preset universal template.

Develop strategic approach for Alumni Email newsletter that is as simple as possible, yet conveys the Reed College experience and delivers meaningful content to a demanding audience.

Results: The updated Alumni pages launched in Winter '05 with a cleaner, more useful navigation. The new site has a look & feel that resonates with alums and potential new students. Added features and functionality deliver services to alums as quickly and painlessly as possible.

The ReediE News is one on the nation's most successful email newsletters created for alumni. It outperforms all competitors that we've investigated including Harvard College and Stanford University and continues to do so year after year. Since its launch, the list has grown by 350%.
